Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Rally Hud app ("the App"), developed by Jordi Toda (Yapplic), contact info@yapplic.com. By downloading or using the App you accept them.

1. Drive safely and legally

Rally Hud measures and times your driving. It is not an invitation to speed or to race on public roads.

• Always obey traffic laws and speed limits. Use timed segments only where it is legal and safe, such as closed roads, tracks or organised events.
• Mount the phone firmly and do not handle it while driving. The App is designed to be read at a glance.
• Speed, times and G-forces come from your phone's sensors and GPS and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for safety or for official timing.

You are solely responsible for how you drive. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for accidents, fines or damage arising from the use of the App.

2. Your account

You can use the HUD without an account, but you need one to save times, appear in rankings, create segments or subscribe to Pro. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from Profile › Delete account.

3. Content you share

Segments you make public, and your display name, vehicle name and best times in rankings, are visible to other users. Do not publish segments or names that are offensive, infringe the rights of others or reveal private places. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or that manipulate the rankings.

4. Free version and Rally Hud Pro

The App is free to download and use. Rally Hud Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks extra features (currently: run analysis, private segments, unlimited vehicles and full history).

• Plans: monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the App and in the store before you buy, in your local currency.
• Free trial: new subscribers can get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and is charged.
• Billing and renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• If Pro ends: you keep your data. Vehicles and private segments you already have remain, but you cannot add more vehicles than the free limit, create new private segments or invite new members, and the analysis and full history are hidden until you subscribe again.

We may change the features or prices of Pro. Price changes will not apply to a period you have already paid and will be communicated as required by the stores.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its brand belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

6. Availability

We try to keep the App working, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Some features need an internet connection and may use mobile data. We may update the App or stop offering it; if we stop offering Pro, we will not renew active subscriptions.

7. Apple

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies. Apple is not responsible for the App or its support.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will publish the new version here with its date. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
